Lewis Bowman
Management Consultant

Lewis Bowman is a skilled consultant with a strong focus on delivery and stakeholder management within the Banking & Financial Services industry.

He excels in guiding all levels of stakeholders through change implementation, whether regulatory or business orientated.

Lewis Bowman’s background include time spent in Professional Services and working in industry, where he helped develop and implement solutions for internal business risks.

A PRINCE2 fully qualified Project Manager, Lewis is also studying for the Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) qualifications.

In his spare time, he can be found playing rugby or following international affairs.



Cory Edwards
Management Consultant

Cory Edwards, is an experienced professional with 9 years in professional services, specialising in Account Management, Stakeholder Management, and Project Management.

His experience includes diverse projects such as technological implementations, change initiatives and leading restructuring projects for corporate entities within the care sector.

Skilled in optimising operations and managing customer relationships, Cory holds a degree in Business and Management from Brunel University. He is a (PRINCE2) Foundation Certified Project Manager and is currently studying to become a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA).

Cory's expertise lies in enabling business growth through strategic management, team leadership, and technical change implementation, particularly in the financial services sector.



Jerome Pemberton
Management Consultant

Jerome Pemberton is a highly skilled qualified finance professional with a strong focus on supporting clients who are going through periods of transformation.

He has a passion for managing change and implementing fit for purpose solutions whilst building and maintaining effective working relationships.

Prior to joining PryceWilliams, Jerome successfully worked in accountancy practices and professional services companies, where his work included treasury and accountancy services for large pension schemes.

Jerome is a qualified chartered certified accountant (ACCA) and holds a degree in Accounting and Financial Management.



Samuel Parke
Management Consultant

Samuel Parke is a consultant specialising in blockchain technology and artificial intelligence, working with clients to translate emerging technologies into practical solutions.

He achieved a first-class business degree from the University of Sheffield and was awarded a scholarship at the University of Mannheim, where he gained qualifications in ‘AI in business’ and ‘Designing Data-Driven Business Solutions’.

Samuel combines his background in business with strong technical expertise – demonstrated by winning hackathons in his free time. He is a guest speaker at the University of Sheffield, where he presents demonstrations of emerging technologies that he built during a university-sponsored internship.

He is particularly interested in the tokenisation of financial instruments, such as equities and money market funds, and the ability of blockchains to transform the way organisations record, access and use data. 



Parrish Pryce-Williams
Partner

Parrish Pryce-Williams is an experienced business architect with a strong understanding of Banking, Fintech and Financial Services. He is passionate about supporting senior stakeholders navigate through new banking regulation, structural change, strategic realignment, acquisition or merger, legal entity separation and managing change.

Parrish Pryce-Williams’ previous experience includes co-founding a technology start-up, working in PriceWaterhouseCooper’s Banking and Capital Markets practice and various roles where he developed strategy, set up new business units and delivered organisational re-structuring.

Formal qualifications include Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA), MSc Finance (OUBS), MBA Strategy (OUBS) and Certificate in Fintech & Digital Currencies (MIT).
