Overview: Develop and propose Global Finance TOM options for senior stakeholders. Worked with senior finance stakeholders to develop global target operating model options for the global finance function. The report, findings and recommendations were prepared for senior finance leadership.

Project: Treasury ALM TOM for Centralised Function
Overview: Design the future operating model for a new centralised Asset & Liability Management function. Aim was to reduce group P&L volatility and maximise maturity transformation. This included review of current technology architecture and identified technology requirements for centralised ALM model.

Overview: Development and implementation of the Brexit strategy for the UK’s leading Private Bank. This includes analysing the regulatory impacts on the business and co-ordination of operational readiness activities.

Project: Global process for FX and currency management
Overview: The currency management process was identified as a key risk area by the US regulators and objective was to develop a single global FX process for currency management to mitigate and/or lower key risk areas.

Overview: Strategic review of shared service centre assets in Asia, Europe and UK. This included business operating model assessment, developing transition methodology and setting up a 3 year implementation roadmap.

Overview: This work touched every part of the Private Banking operating model and focused on the legal and operational separation of business and retail banking activities from investment banking activities. Probably the largest regulatory overhaul of banking in a generation.

Overview: Comprehensive policy analysis and scenario modelling for a potential change of gov- ernment and the subsequent potential business impact. Mapping prospective policies of all political parties to impacted business areas, development of future/contingency planning accordingly and providing recommendations for Risk and Executive Committees.
